Downers Grove, Ill. — Jan. 22, 2026 — The U.S. Department of Labor has recognized Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. (Sevan) as one of 324 recipients of the Platinum-level 2025 HIRE Vets Medallion Award. The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act) Medallion Award Program is the only federal award program that recognizes employers who successfully recruit, hire, and retain veterans.

Sevan joins 886 other companies across 48 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, and Puerto Rico that are recognized for hiring veterans and providing career paths that support long-term growth and advancement, with only 324 employers nationwide earning the Platinum-level distinction.
Recipients of the 2025 HIRE Vets Medallion Award meet rigorous employment and veteran integration assistance criteria, including veteran hiring and retention percentages; veteran-specific resources; leadership development opportunities; dedicated human resource support; and competitive pay, compensation, and tuition assistance programs. Since 2019, more than 2,200 employers have earned a total of 5,371 HIRE Vets Medallion Awards.
In 2025, Sevan was also named to Architectural Record’s Top 300 Architecture Firms list, ranking #289. The ranking highlights Sevan’s continued growth and its integrated approach to site development, design, program management, and construction for clients operating across multiple locations.
