Integrated design-build project will modernize CMP’s flagship Camp Perry campus and mark a milestone in Sevan’s growing government-sector portfolio
PORT CLINTON, Ohio — Aug. 3, 2026 — Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, a national program management, architecture, engineering and construction firm, joined the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) to break ground on a new indoor range facility at CMP’s historic training and competition campus in Port Clinton, Ohio.
The groundbreaking ceremony marks the official start of construction following an extensive design phase and represents one of Sevan’s most significant design-build engagements to date.

Expansion On Target
The expansion includes both a new facility and a series of campus improvements designed to modernize the visitor and competitor experience at the CMP Camp Perry campus. The new facility features a large indoor Olympic-quality range, a restaurant, administration spaces, retail stores, lockers, a gym, and extensive gathering areas. Campus improvements include a new entrance experience and courtyard, decorative landscape elements and a new awards plaza. These upgrades are intended to create a more welcoming arrival experience for visitors, competitors, youth participants, and families.

They recognized the importance of Camp Perry, the history behind it and our vision for creating a facility that will serve the shooting sports for generations to come.”
