In recognition of their outstanding contributions, Sevan has promoted several team members to key leadership roles:

Chris Carter has been promoted to Vice President of Safety, where his leadership in jobsite safety has been crucial to Sevan’s reputation for excellence in this area. Chris will maintain Sevan’s high safety standards across all projects, helping to further elevate the company’s safety culture.

Chad Ruter has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Tommy Hitchcock has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. Kelly Jo’s marketing leadership has played a key role in Sevan’s continued brand growth. With support from Threaded Marketing Group, she will oversee all of Sevan’s marketing efforts and drive its visibility and marketing position in 2025. Kelly Jo has also taken on a role as a board advisor with Sevan, becoming the first female board member.
