Sevan’s internship and co-op program is designed to provide students with hands-on, real-world experience. We offer internships in several key operational areas including Program Management, Real Estate & Development, Architecture & Engineering, and Construction. Throughout the duration of the internship residency, our interns will learn valuable skills in seven core competency areas:
Strategy • Client relationships • Communication • Technical skills • Problem solving • Teamwork • Leadership

Site Visits
Sevan offers the opportunity to tour in-progress construction sites during your internship assignment.
Intern Presentations
All interns get the opportunity at the end of their assignment to present their experiences at Sevan in front of our wonderful Executive Leadership Team!
