CHALLENGE
Walmart was preparing to launch several integrated health centers. Before they could deploy them, they needed a partner to help them launch the first site and create scalable, innovative development solutions in the process.
SOLUTION
Sevan utilized their technology and project management teams to integrate agile principles into Walmart’s Enterprise PMO and speed up the timeline for their health center program. Sevan managed the launch of the first center in just a few months and developed a blueprint for a systematic and scalable process for expansion into new geographies. Sevan also filled an IT gap and partnered with Walmart to rapidly design and deploy a secure high-performance technology infrastructure.
