CHALLENGE
Walmart needed a partner to help launch its first Health Centers. Facing an 8-month timeline from ground zero, Walmart needed support in program planning, design management, permitting, budgeting, bidding and construction management.
SOLUTION
Walmart trusted Sevan with the development of the initial centers given Sevan’s program management expertise. Utilizing an in-house software, Sevan crafted comprehensive schedules to enhance visibility and functionality for real-time collaboration with the Walmart Health and Wellness Team. To elevate planning measures and expedite the official rollout, Sevan constructed an indoor mockup of the planned centers at a warehouse in Bentonville, AK.
RESULTS
Sevan’s team of experts delivered the expedited Walmart program on time, implemented streamlined processes and managed 18 internal workstreams for scalability. Coordinating internal workstreams, Sevan effectively navigated challenges in initial design, ongoing modifications and concurrent budgeting and permitting efforts. Sevan ensured Walmart met its aggressive opening dates for the projects.
