CHALLENGE
VyStar Credit Union sought an expert firm to oversee its expansion and development into the Atlanta and Savannah markets in Georgia. They also required the program to have a streamlined approach to match their original new branch delivery timeline.Â
SOLUTION
Sevan developed a customizable menu of services to carry out VyStar’s conceptual design, real estate acquisition, civil and architectural plans, permit procurement and building construction. Sevan introduced a streamlined approach that successfully aligned with VyStar’s original timeline. This ensured seamless execution of VyStar’s expansion and development, facilitating timely delivery of new branches.Â
RESULTS
Since 2022, Sevan has investigated 62 prospective locations. Of these, 15 have completed design documentation, 9 have been issued full building permits, 4 branches are completed with construction and 3 are currently under construction. Sevan’s expertise in integrated program delivery ensures that VyStar’s expansion program remains on track, on time and within budget–completing projects in as little as 11 months for renovation site.Â
