CHALLENGE
VillageMD is partnering with Walgreens to build clinics in existing stores across the country. VillageMD and Walgreens needed pre-con assessments to document building systems and existing condition assessments. They also needed post-con assessments to document the updates made within one week of each clinic’s grand opening. They needed a partner who could conduct each reality capture and provide deliverables without disrupting operations.Â
SOLUTION
Sevan partnered with Walgreens and VillageMD to create evaluation criteria to properly document reality capture information that was collected for each site. This documentation was used to help key decision-makers prioritize projects. Sevan also created virtual tours of each new space to provide stakeholders with a visualization without having to physically be at each site.Â
RESULTS
Sevan orchestrated a multitude of teams to successfully integrate each site to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations. Sevan and Walgreens worked together to complete the full 200 site conversion program in 12 months.Â
