CHALLENGE
Sprouts needed program management expertise to resolve installation issues at several in-store Press Coffee locations. The challenges included delays in permit work, changes in materials during installation, trenching requirements, reworking the deli line, and ensuring continuous store operations during construction.Â
SOLUTION
Sevan applied its program management expertise to lead coordination among all stakeholders. The team collaborated with the general contractor to revise installation plans, managed trenching from the Press Coffee area to the nearest grease line, and facilitated permit approvals. Sevan worked closely with Sprouts and store operations to schedule entry closures for inspections, coordinated with refrigeration contractors to relocate existing cases, and oversaw the integration of the new prep meal case and seating area renovations.Â
RESULTS
Sevan handled all permitting and coordinated construction across the locations, completing each installation within two to three weeks. This streamlined approach reduced overall timelines and minimized disruptions to store operations.Â
