CHALLENGE
Popeyes initiated a nationwide rebranding effort to enhance the customer experience and modernize its image. They sought a reliable partner to spearhead the creation of a new prototype design at their flagship site in Metairie, LA, and to oversee the entire project lifecycle while ensuring scalability for their U.S. locations.Â
SOLUTION
Sevan collaborated with Popeyes to create and execute the flagship remodel. Our design team engaged with Popeyes’ internal teams to integrate the new trade design into a scalable refresh initiative. After finalizing the branding and design standards, Sevan’s survey and civil zoning teams performed site evaluations and secured the required permits. Sevan’s project managers then supervised the construction until it was completed.
RESULTS
Sevan reduced Popeyes’ total design and entitlement timeline by 50%, expediting the rollout process. The completed flagship in Metairie now serves as the blueprint for restaurant refreshes nationwide—helping Popeyes uphold consistency, speed, and quality as they upgrade locations across the United States.Â
