CHALLENGE
Renovating multi-family housing requires precise coordination, especially when working across numerous units with varying scopes. For this client, the RP Buildings project tested both scheduling agility and communication protocols—two common friction points that often slow multi-unit renovations and create frustration for both property managers and tenants.
SOLUTION
Sevan leveraged its multi-site program management expertise to bring structure and consistency to the renovation process. We implemented labor and cost-loaded schedules, used real-time tracking tools, and maintained consistent communication across all project stakeholders. Our project teams operated concurrently across multiple buildings and units, adhering to tight schedules without compromising quality or safety. With deep experience in tenant-occupied renovations, we also minimized disruption for residents wherever possible.
RESULTS
