CHALLENGE
A military housing client needs to repair 18 buildings at their site. Each building is three stories and has 24 units. During repair work on the first building, the initial contractor abandoned the job due to the complexity of site conditions that needed to be managed and addressed.
SOLUTION
Sevan was awarded the remainder of the program and mobilized a skilled subcontractor team to complete the work. Sevan’s program management and superintendent teams were required to coordinate daily with client team members to define the scope of work and determine what materials needed to be sourced to complete the work.
RESULTS
Sevan completed repairs to the first building on schedule in 2.5 months and since managed the repair work of eight additional buildings in the following year.
