A rental portfolio owner has numerous homes in need of varying levels of exterior, interior and infrastructure repairs. These homes are located in a market where it is difficult to find and procure contractors to complete large scale renovation programs.
SOLUTION
Sevan built a programmatic plan and fielded a delivery team in this market to manage, procure and deliver a multi-year program. Sevan mobilized national capability, in conjunction with local historical contractors, to surge in this specific market. Sevan utilized our national procurement capability to obtain both local and non-local resources to get the work completed on time while holding contractors to a high safety standard. Sevan also established local material procurement systems through our national partners to ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials.
