CHALLENGE
MWB Restaurants must deliver multiple restaurants annually, requiring reliable delivery support solutions, help in addressing labor shortages, a strategy for managing equipment lead times, and assistance with building their first restaurant in Athens, AL, within six months of breaking ground.Â
SOLUTION
Sevan delivered an integrated solution by utilizing our site development, project management, architecture, engineering, civil zoning, permitting, and construction management teams. We identified and preordered essential equipment to stay on schedule and coordinated with the GC and subcontractors to ensure materials and labor were consistently available throughout the project.Â
RESULTS
This project was delivered on time, under budget, and within 24 weeks. Sevan collaborated with the owner to create recruitment strategies and to train store staff to manage the process within their development timeline. Due to the project’s success, Sevan was awarded with additional locations to deliver planning and development.Â
