CHALLENGE
In an effort to align with its international facilities, IKEA set out to upgrade all restroom facilities in its U.S. stores and offices to gender-neutral spaces. They needed a partner capable of executing the construction drawings, managing the permitting process and overseeing the construction process.Â

Sevan delivered architecture, engineering, civil, zoning, permitting, and construction services for all IKEA project locations within the specified timeline. Working closely with IKEA’s international design team, Sevan crafted and executed detailed construction drawings while managing the permitting process. Additionally, our construction team effectively implemented a phased building plan, aligned with IKEA’s schedule.Â
