CHALLENGE
A housing client with multiple damaged homes during a hurricane required immediate reality capture and assessment of damages.
SOLUTION
Sevan mobilized a large team of our own Reality Capture & BIM Services to complete the inspections and generate estimates for the level of effort and cost required to repair all the homes. The assessments were completed in a matter of weeks, working in and around families. In conjunction with the reality capture results, the delivery team was on-site and completed repairs on the impacted homes.
RESULTS
Sevan’s ability to quickly and efficiently complete the damage assessments allowed our client to negotiate and conclude agreements with insurance to promptly provide the funding required to repair the homes. Sevan executed repairs to nearly 1,500 homes.
