CHALLENGE
Carrols was in need of a strategic partner capable of facilitating remodels across 11 states for America’s largest Burger King franchisee. There were varying levels of remodeling required across the multiple sites from front of house, interior only, exterior only to full remodels.
SOLUTION
Sevan offered its expertise and provided Architecture & Engineering; Civil, Zoning & Permitting; and Program Management services to deliver the needs across all locations within the project timeline. Individual site operators also had additional needs that were not outlined in the original scope definition provided by Carrols. Sevan’s team worked with the Burger King operations to adjust mid-stream to the maintenance requests and ensure their needs were met as well.
RESULTS
More than 135 remodels were successfully completed across 11 states. The tailored solution met the needs across all locations and garnered Sevan the opportunity to spearhead additional remodel projects across new locations.
