7-Eleven Gas Station

CHALLENGE

7-Eleven board members chose 5 sites in San Diego to go through a remodel program to convert them into flagship stores. The layout of each site changed drastically, and the placement of utilities needed to be redesigned to accomodate the new space.

SOLUTION

Sevan utilized their survey, architecture & engineering and program management teams to redesign each site from top to bottom. Sevan worked closely with 7-Eleven through each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure site plans matched their new design standards and to keep each project moving on time and on budget.

RESULTS

Sevan developed a three-week remodel plan for each store. Sevan’s work on the San Diego flagship program was so well done that 7-Eleven is currently using one of the sites as the standard for all other store remodels. 7-Eleven also made Sevan their primary vendor for their business conversion program.
