BP faced significant delays in their new-to-industry (NTI) projects in California due to unpredictable entitlement and permitting cycles that spanned 19 to 24 months. SOLUTION

Financial and data analysts aligned BP’s SAP data, aided change management, and developed collaboration tools. This comprehensive system offered BP a single accountable partner from negotiation to permitting and build-out.
