As President,\u00a0Aaron leads all\u00a0operations and\u00a0support services at Sevan. In addition to these core leadership responsibilities,\u00a0he\u00a0is\u00a0also\u00a0responsible for\u00a0strategy development\u00a0and execution,\u00a0acquisitions, and investor relations.<\/p>\n

He\u00a0joined Sevan in 2020\u00a0after holding various\u00a0leadership positions at MYR Group\u00a0(NASDAQ: MYRG)\u00a0where he was integral in\u00a0strategy development\u00a0and acquiring five businesses with more than $600 million in annual revenue.<\/p>\n

Aaron graduated from Western Illinois University with a\u00a0Bachelor of Business\u00a0in\u00a0Accountancy\u00a0and earned his Master of Business Administration\u00a0degree\u00a0from DePaul University\u2019s\u00a0KellstadtGraduate School of Business\u00a0with a concentration in Finance. Aaron is also a CFA\u00ae\u00a0Charterholder.\u00a0Outside of work,\u00a0Aaron enjoys\u00a0all things outdoors,\u00a0landscaping and home projects, playing drums, and cherishing time with his wife,\u00a0two sons, and their dog, Charlie.<\/div>\n
