Jim leads Sevan Multi-Site Solutions. \u00a0In 2011, Evans founded the company with a group of outstanding partners.\u00a0 Together they agreed on a vision: \u201cTo be the best in the world at delivering innovative design, program management, construction services and data analytics to organizations with multiple sites.\u201d Sevan has grown to employ over 400 team members in USA, UK and Canada and works for some of the world\u2019s largest companies \u2013 AAFES, BP, Walgreens, McDonald\u2019s, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Kroger, Walmart and Department of Veteran Affairs. Today Sevan delivers turnkey program management solutions including architectural, engineering, survey, permitting, construction services and data analytics.<\/p>\n

Jim graduated with a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1983 and with an MBA from Duke\u2019s Fuqua School of Business in 1992.\u00a0His active military service was with the 82d Airborne Division and 10th<\/sup> Special Forces Group including missions to nine different countries. He\u2019s a graduate of U.S. Army airborne, ranger, special forces, and HALO schools.\u00a0 Evans worked with JP Morgan Chase in institutional sales\/trading and structured finance from 1992 to 2000. \u00a0In 2000, Evans joined Lendlease to help form a new PPP business that privatized 40,000 military family homes on installations throughout the USA.\u00a0 From 2005 to 2009, while still at Lendlease, he led a JV Alliance with BP performing program management on retail sites in U.S., Mexico and thirteen European countries.<\/p>\n

Evans leads the Sevan Board of Directors. He serves as the Chairman for The Sevan Charitable Foundation,<\/em> a 501(c)3 started in 2017 supporting charities such as RMHC, Fisher House, LLS and USO. \u00a0He serves on the Advisory Board for the United Service Organizations (USO) of Illinois and is a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS).<\/em> \u00a0Evans is a member of the local Rotary Club and enjoyed serving as an Assistant Scoutmaster in BSA. Jim is married to Rebecca Evans and together they have five children, including two Army Officers.<\/p>\n

Aaron Reisinger is a Senior Vice President of Operations leading the company\u2019s Government, Housing, and Construction efforts.<\/p>\n

Reisinger retired as a Colonel from the Army after a 26-year Army engineer career.\u00a0 He most recently Commanded the Chicago District, United States Army Corps of Engineers, leading over 300 employees delivering a $250 million program in six states.<\/p>\n

Reisinger earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University, a Master of Science in Public Policy Management from Georgetown University, and a Master of Science in National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.<\/p>\n

He enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters hiking, camping, skiing, traveling to new places and being on the water.<\/p>\n

As President,\u00a0Aaron leads all\u00a0operations and\u00a0support services at Sevan. In addition to these core leadership responsibilities,\u00a0he\u00a0is\u00a0also\u00a0responsible for\u00a0strategy development\u00a0and execution,\u00a0acquisitions, and investor relations.<\/p>\n

He\u00a0joined Sevan in 2020\u00a0after holding various\u00a0leadership positions at MYR Group\u00a0(NASDAQ: MYRG)\u00a0where he was integral in\u00a0strategy development\u00a0and acquiring five businesses with more than $600 million in annual revenue.<\/p>\n

Aaron graduated from Western Illinois University with a\u00a0Bachelor of Business\u00a0in\u00a0Accountancy\u00a0and earned his Master of Business Administration\u00a0degree\u00a0from DePaul University\u2019s\u00a0KellstadtGraduate School of Business\u00a0with a concentration in Finance. Aaron is also a CFA\u00ae\u00a0Charterholder.\u00a0Outside of work,\u00a0Aaron enjoys\u00a0all things outdoors,\u00a0landscaping and home projects, playing drums, and cherishing time with his wife,\u00a0two sons, and their dog, Charlie.<\/div>\n

Jim Furis is a key member of Sevan\u2019s leadership team and leads the company\u2019s business development efforts across all sectors and geographies while exceling at creating and maintaining deep relationships with regional, national and international clients. Furis helps clients navigate through the broad range of services offered by Sevan to help meet their specific needs.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Sevan, Furis managed client relationships for dozens of high-profile clients and programs across 15 countries. Jim has worked with clients in numerous sectors including automotive services, banking, healthcare, restaurants, waste management and government.<\/p>\n

Furis enjoys doing business with fantastic people all over the globe. On about 40 Sundays each year, he can be found on the pitch in goal for his local league soccer team.<\/p>\n

Tom Glatz is a founding member of Sevan and oversees the company\u2019s Operations across all lines of business including: Technology & Data Analytics; Development; Land Planning Zoning and Permitting; Surveys & Facility Assessments; Design, Architecture & Engineering; Construction Services; and Program Management. Glatz is a versatile leader with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in the fields of multi-site program management, sustainability, design and construction.<\/p>\n

Prior to Sevan, Glatz led design and multi-site teams for restaurant, banking, hospitality, petroleum and Americans with Disability compliance programs. He previously led his own energy, sustainability and program management consulting practice.<\/p>\n

Glatz is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and also enjoys hiking, biking and outdoor activities.<\/p>\n

A founding member of Sevan, Steve Kuhn works to enhance relationships with Sevan\u2019s business partners, contractors and suppliers. He manages The Sevan Charitable Foundation, Sevan\u2019s charitable organization that supports local and national charities. Kuhn is passionately involved in student recruiting and the employment of Sevan\u2019s co-operative education students.<\/p>\n

Before Sevan, Kuhn served clients through his consulting practice. He also led pre-construction and operations teams for three national construction and program management firms. His extensive background includes field supervision, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, pre-construction management, design management and project management. Kuhn has worked across a variety of sectors including government, education, institutional and healthcare.<\/p>\n

Most recently, Danni served as Vice President of Planning, Design, & Construction at CVS Health, where she led a national organization of 150 professionals responsible for capital planning, architectural design, prototyping, and construction execution across all CVS Health brands. In that role, she oversaw a capital portfolio exceeding $500M annually and delivered more than 5,000 projects per year across retail pharmacies, primary care clinics, specialty\u00a0logistics\u00a0facilities, and corporate office spaces.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Her tenure included some of CVS Health\u2019s most high-impact initiatives. She led the integration of Oak Street Health, delivering the first clinic conversion in under six months and completing 40 integrated clinics. She drove the rapid conversion of Rite Aid locations in the Pacific Northwest, contributed to the design and integration of CVS Health\u2019s investment in Carbon Health, and served as a strategic partner in the enterprise fleet rationalization program that delivered\u00a0$2 billion\u00a0in annual operating expense savings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A recognized leader in her field, Danni has completed executive development programs at the Wharton School and Harvard Business School.
