This involved comprehensive program management services including plan reviews, bidding, contract execution, budgeting and full GC project oversight. Sevan&#8217;s cost-conscious approach and timely delivery elevated JCPenney&#8217;s customer experience and store profits. The seamless integration of the teams enabled JCPenney to minimize internal expenses and trust Sevan to manage all locations within budget effectively.
