Danni Gallagher

Danni Gallagher is a Senior Vice President of Operations at Sevan, bringing more than two decades of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams through complex capital programs across retail, healthcare, logistics, and specialty care environments.    

Most recently, Danni served as Vice President of Planning, Design, & Construction at CVS Health, where she led a national organization of 150 professionals responsible for capital planning, architectural design, prototyping, and construction execution across all CVS Health brands. In that role, she oversaw a capital portfolio exceeding $500M annually and delivered more than 5,000 projects per year across retail pharmacies, primary care clinics, specialty logistics facilities, and corporate office spaces.   

Her tenure included some of CVS Health’s most high-impact initiatives. She led the integration of Oak Street Health, delivering the first clinic conversion in under six months and completing 40 integrated clinics. She drove the rapid conversion of Rite Aid locations in the Pacific Northwest, contributed to the design and integration of CVS Health’s investment in Carbon Health, and served as a strategic partner in the enterprise fleet rationalization program that delivered $2 billion in annual operating expense savings.   

A recognized leader in her field, Danni has completed executive development programs at the Wharton School and Harvard Business School. She has been named a Construction Champion by Construction Dive Magazine and recognized as one of Chain Store Age’s Retail’s Top Women.   

Outside of work, Danni serves on the Patient and Family Advisory Council for Moffitt Cancer Center, is an executive member of CREW Tampa Bay, and previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Straz Center for the Arts. She lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband and two children.
